Masters Project: Integrative Literature Review on the Under-representation of Women in Undergraduate Engineering
This
review integrates 44
research studies on the experiences of women in undergraduate
engineering, with respect to three factors: ability,
self-efficacy, and "climate." I presented it at the 2003 ASEE
Annual Conference, and plan to both extend this review for other
factors, and develop a working theory to guide interventions.
